The short version

There is no account. Your activity history stays on your phone, in this browser, and is never sent to us. We measure how the app is used, without your name, number or email, and you can switch that off below. You can clear everything this app keeps at any time.

What stays on your device

The app saves a few things in your browser's local storage on this device. They never leave it, and a different phone or browser starts empty.

• Activity history. The date and time of each reset you finish. This is what powers “1 reset in the last 14 days.” Entries are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Saved protocols. The ones you star. Kept until you clear them.
• Settings. Chime on or off, your answer to the WhatsApp reminder offer, and your analytics choice. Kept until you clear them.

Clearing removes your history, saved protocols, chime setting and reminder answer. Your analytics choice is kept, so clearing never switches analytics back on. Clearing your browser's site data for reset.anaxxo.in, or using a private window, has the same effect.

What we measure

We use Google Analytics to understand how the protocols are used: pages viewed, which protocol was opened, started, finished or left (and at which movement), taps on the mat link and reminder offer, plus device type, browser, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived. It does not receive your name, phone number or email. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.

It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to recognise a returning device. Detailed event data is kept for 2 months; data tied to a device identifier for up to 14 months. Turning analytics off above stops all measurement on this device and deletes those cookies.

WhatsApp reminders

If you tap “Remind me daily,” WhatsApp opens with a message to ANAXXO for you to send. The app itself stores no phone number. If you send it, we receive your WhatsApp number and message the way any WhatsApp contact would, and use them only to send your reminder. Reply STOP at any time, or ask us to delete your number.
